Terms of Service & Key Conditions for Business Clients

1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with the services of TudoB2B LTD ('the Company'), you ('the Client') agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all business clients.
2. Service Engagement and Fees
Services are provided based on the agreed-upon plan. Fees are charged monthly, quarterly, or annually, as per the selected plan. All payments are due in advance.
Cancellation by the Client
The Client may request to cancel their service plan at any time. However, the cancellation will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. To initiate a cancellation, the Client must notify a director of the Company in writing.
No pro-rata refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the current billing cycle. The following conditions are non-negotiable:
No Pro-Rata Refunds: Fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced.
Access to Services: The Client will continue to have access to services until the end of the paid billing cycle.
Automatic Renewal: Plans are automatically renewed unless a cancellation request is submitted before the start of the next billing cycle.
Termination by the Company
The Company reserves the right to terminate services with immediate effect under the following circumstances:
Non-Payment: Failure to pay invoices within 15 days of the due date.
Breach of Ethics: Violation of our ethical code, including involvement in illegal activities, fraud, or misrepresentation.
Lack of Cooperation: Failure to provide necessary information or documentation required for the provision of services.
3. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, financial data, and client information.
The Company will not disclose any confidential information without the Client's prior written consent, except as required by law.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Company's liability is limited to the value of the fees paid for the services in the preceding billing cycle. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
